DELIVERY & SHIPPING

1. DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is usually approx. 6 weeks (or 30 working days) calculated from the date of receipt of the order approval or from the date the complete clarity of the order. Delivery dates and delivery times are only binding if they are expressly stated in writing by ODLOCUSTOM have been confirmed as such. If you request a subsequent change to the order that affects the production time, a new one will begin  Delivery time, and only after confirmation of the change.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery is included in the Price.

3. LOGISTIC PARTNERS

Shipping in Switzerland is by post. Outside of Switzerland with UPS If you are not present when your order arrives, you will be notified by the parcel deliverer (parcel card). In the event of transport damage or missing quantities, please inform us by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible after receipt of the package.

4.SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the "package number" for tracking by Post/UPS. You can use this number to track your delivery on its way to you. So you always know where your ordered items are currently located.

5.DESIGN COSTS

We will charge you a ONE-TIME contribution for the implementation of the design on the cutting templates. The amount per order is CHF 170.00 / EUR 160.00,
